Dr. Anne Zoll was admitted to the bar (Rechtsanwaltskammer) in 2002. Dr. Zoll successfully studied law in Freiburg/Breisgau and Munich (LMU). For her PhD, she researched U.S. federal warranty law at the Max-Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg. After a period of research in Silicon Valley, Anne Zoll acquired her PhD in 2002. Anne Zoll completed the two mandatory years of traineeship before admittance to the bar (Referendariat) in Hamburg, Brussels (EU Commission/DG Trade) and in Menlo Park, C.A., U.S.A.
Anne Zoll acquired her strong expertise and experience in both international law firms and in a medium-sized German Media, Entertainment and IT law firm in Munich at which she was in a position of counsel.

Dr. Anne Zoll has been advising clients as a partner in her own boutique law firm DIGILAW since 2016. DIGILAW focuses on IT, media, copyright and data protection law as well as AI law. Dr. Anne Zoll has extensive experience and expertise in both contract law and litigation. Her clients include start-ups in the digital sector as well as established medium-sized companies in Germany and abroad.

Anne Zoll is a co-author of a major German manual for online legal practice „ Recht im Internet“ (Prof. Dr. Mathias Schwarz, Dr. Andreas Peschel-Mehner).
